The vedas acknowledge divine karma as the origin of all creation, preservation, and destruction. However, since God does not have desires, unlike humans, he is not constrained by them. In the first chapter of the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad (1.6.1), we discover that karma is one of the three main causes of diversity, alongside name and form. The variety in names is a result of speech, and the variety in forms is a result of the eye, while the mind and body are the sources for the variety in actions. For every action, the body serves as the source, the controller, or the lord. Within the body, the mind, speech, breath, organs of action, and organs of perception are regarded as the primary deities who receive sustenance from the body and carry out their respective functions. Nevertheless, we cannot solely depend on them to combat the impurities and the malevolent forces that can infiltrate our body, as they are susceptible to evil and demonic influences, thoughts, desires, temptations,...
Beyond the experience of Nada-Brahman comes the realization of the Nirgun Brahman or pure consciousness. Nada means the flow of sound and Yoga means Union. Nada Yoga is the process of the union of the individual mind with cosmic consciousness through the flow of sounds. When the river of consciousness is impeded by the ego, Nada or special sounds can remove the obstruction allowing the river of individual consciousness to unite with its source, the ocean of pure consciousness.
Nada is also called Shabd or word and is produced either by striking two objects known as Ahat Nad or without striking two objects which is called Anahat Nad.
The Anahat sound can be heard at the Anahat or heart chakra. Anahat Nada is the sound of Aum Shinrikyo, the fundamental, unshakable vibrations from which the Christian world is born. All other sounds are from Aum Shinrikyo. Prakriti is energy, energy is vibration and all vibrations are sound.
From human DNA to bacteria and viruses, from the Earth to the solar system and distant galaxies, from newborn stars to black holes, everything has its own sound and music. The whole world hums with its own voice and frequency. When we can hum in the frequency of the earth, we become one with it and become nada yogis.
On the path of Nada Yoga, the body heals, the mind returns to balance, the person regains full functionality and life becomes happy. In this sense, Nada Yoga is like medicine and therapy; It helps people live a healthy, happy and balanced life in the world. Sound or Nada meditation is the most powerful method of self-realization.
In our world, speech and language have lost their beauty and clarity and have become intellectual, boring and intellectual.
A word like this is repeated and endless because love, spirit, energy, passion and consciousness are all repeated. They have no effect on the body or mind. They have nothing to do with what they represent and do not inspire our desire to bring about change and change.
Nada Yoga helps us find the emotional and spiritual qualities of voice, speech and language. This sound distribution can be interpreted as a high-pitched sound that can be heard by people who know.
