The vedas acknowledge divine karma as the origin of all creation, preservation, and destruction. However, since God does not have desires, unlike humans, he is not constrained by them. In the first chapter of the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad (1.6.1), we discover that karma is one of the three main causes of diversity, alongside name and form. The variety in names is a result of speech, and the variety in forms is a result of the eye, while the mind and body are the sources for the variety in actions. For every action, the body serves as the source, the controller, or the lord. Within the body, the mind, speech, breath, organs of action, and organs of perception are regarded as the primary deities who receive sustenance from the body and carry out their respective functions. This verse shows four ways to achieve ultimate freedom. The fourth is to overcome pain and happiness, life and death, and be in balance. This means we stop fighting and fighting, judging and choosing, and let life happen and give its opinions.
Stanza 4 Poetry helps us escape the lifestyle. Most of our suffering comes from our likes and dislikes. Dealing with something we don't like can be just as painful as parting with something we love. We go through an emotional rollercoaster as we oscillate between the poles of attraction and repulsion, with obsessions that we cannot easily get rid of. We spend our lives seeking happiness and fulfillment, searching for things that seem to make us happy and avoiding things that seem to prevent us from being happy.
We deserve and prove our denial and neglectful, assertive attitude. pain or develops. There aren't many people who go through this pain. When some people realize they are lost in their thoughts and desires, the alarm goes off and it's time to wake up. When this happens, they become aware and learn to stay away from what is causing them pain in a healthy way.
This world hurts us so much and build relationships in your life because they hurt us so much. It is influenced by desire, interest and hope. We cannot escape this world because we live in it and we cannot avoid it. Even if we practice giving up, we still need to find food to have physical strength and mental stability. Even if we try to avoid interaction with the world, whether we are awake or asleep, the words of the world still flow into our minds through our thoughts and emotions.
The fourth path mentioned by Ashtavakra is the most suitable way to achieve peace and get rid of stress and anxiety. By treating the world impartially or equally, one can keep the mind to oneself and focus on oneself. Problems arise when we don't have the will and courage to care about the world and people don't make decisions.
The knower of this has moved far away from death and realises the immortality.
