Karma as the Source of Diversity

The vedas acknowledge divine karma as the origin of all creation, preservation, and destruction. However, since God does not have desires, unlike humans, he is not constrained by them. In the first chapter of the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad (1.6.1), we discover that karma is one of the three main causes of diversity, alongside name and form. The variety in names is a result of speech, and the variety in forms is a result of the eye, while the mind and body are the sources for the variety in actions. For every action, the body serves as the source, the controller, or the lord.  Within the body, the mind, speech, breath, organs of action, and organs of perception are regarded as the primary deities who receive sustenance from the body and carry out their respective functions. WHAT TO DEVELOP?

This blog would contain the information regarding the second step to achieve complete Shraddha towards work. This step is so easy but still not followed properly by many people. This step is called the "3H". If we want to achieve selected goal in life we should develop our-self. Here developing our-self means to develop the 3H:-

  • HEAD: The development of head means to create or enhance the ability to think productivity.
  •  HEART: The feeling of being a human being is a trait of development of a person's heart.
  • HAND: The approach to convert this feeling of love to service for others is the development of hand.
This is the ancient meaning of 3H, now coming to the Corporate World;
  • HEAD: Our development of head should be such that we should understand the logic with whom we are talking. Based on that we should also be able to set our logic in his mind.
  • HEART: Emotions should be such that the person in front you should be able to understand you easily, through communication.
  • HAND: This is the most useful tool but without brain. Here the developed head and heart should assist it to portrait the thoughts.
The KAIZEN method which is very effective says that we should start with the smallest and easiest because a very big and strict change cannot be accepted by the Human Brain. We should have full and maximum extent to every work.

Japan is a great example after 1945, that's why Swami Vivekananda suggested every Indian to visit Japan.
